The room had been falsely advertised, the hot tub was closed and i was not made aware of this. I stay in burnaby often. The main reason i chose this room was actually for the nespresso in the room. It was not there. The images posted were defintly from an upgraded room. I was looking forward to just relax in a hot tub.

The hotel is very good. Cleaninnes and services are excellent. Rooms are big, confy bed, quiet. However, for a 5 star hotel, it is lacking some extra amenities in the rooms, such as extra towels, and bath robes
