Host was responsive, but not on site. Apt is well located on the 32nd floor and cozy. When I reported a TV issue, Jessie promptly sent over a rep from her mgt company. We appreciated in-suite laundry & great walk-in shower, but no shower mats and the floor is slippery. Generous supply of pods for coffee maker (Keurig), laundry and dishwasher. Building has an indoor pool and a well-equipped, if somewhat worn gym.While tidy, the apt was dirty – we had to remove layers of dust on the rangehood, and above the fridge and laundry appliances. Oven door was greasy. Noisy bathroom exhaust fan is set to run 24/7. It was impossible to regulate the temperature within the apartment – not sure thermostat even works. Insufficient hangars, and no dressers in bedrooms. (Can be remedied with small IKEA dressers placed in cupboards).Jessie supplies a 4 page instruction sheet including many dos and don'ts. Cumbersome Check-in / check-out process, especially if arriving by car. Nobody on site to help. You punch in a code at the main entrance, which I think connects to Jessie’s cell phone. Jessie buzzes you in, and you have 2 minutes to find, summons and get in the elevator – so we left our bags in the car, (parked in a no parking zone in front of the building), retrieve 2 fobs from apt to access garage thru 2 gates, find the parking spot. Ignore prominent sign incorrectly pointing to entrance to the building lobby. Find entrance (hint: it is on a different level).
