Sleeps 4: Features a bedroom with a brand-new queen-sized mattress (upgraded April 2026) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

Dedicated Workspace: A private, enclosed den with a desk, perfect for remote work or deep focus.

Climate Control: Stay comfortable year-round with central A/C and heating.

Modern Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, Keurig, and kettle. In-suite laundry and a handheld steamer are provided for your convenience.

Entertainment: Roku Smart TV for all your streaming needs.

Yaletown Core: 5–10 minute walk to the city's best boutiques and restaurants.

Note: The stall is compact. It will accommodate a small-to-medium SUV at most (e.g., a Tesla Model Y or Mercedes GLC). Please let us know in advance if you plan to use it.

House Rules
To ensure the comfort of our neighbors in this primarily residential building, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following:

No Parties or Events: This is a quiet building; please be respectful of the community.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Noise violation tickets will be the responsibility of the guest.

Strict No Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping of any kind. Violations result in a $500 penalty plus specialized cleaning fees.

No Pets.

FOB Care: Please keep track of your building FOB; lost units result in a $120 replacement fee.

Check-in/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. While we strive to accommodate early or late requests based on availability, unauthorized late check-outs will incur an $80 fee.

Guest Note: For bookings of 3 or 4 guests, please message us in advance if you require the sofa bed to be prepared with linens so we can have it ready for your arrival.

Business in Vancouver

Long time Vancouver resident now living on Vancouver Island, we rented this unit during a 4-day business trip.
