The staff rearranged my reservation to accommodate me. Well deserved praise. That said The room had a stale unclean used room. The soap dish was filthy. Never cleaned. Scum all over it. Shower was worst then a homeless shelter. Moldy and grimey. Hard to sleep when you fear for bedbugs. Get what you pay for i guess, but I'd much rather of slept in a tent under a highway overpass.

Definitely coming back!

Everything was spot on, clean everywhere. The breakfast was great and the service impeccable. If I had any complaint, it would be that our door to our room, 117, sticks and we had a hard time getting it open to get out.

Disappointing !

I’ll start with positive remarks. The beds were very comfortable & we liked the inner courtyard where we could eat breakfast. The room itself needed a complete renovation. ( particularly the bathroom) One towel rack was held up by masking tape. In the main room, the TV needed replacing, the bedside lamps were not working at all & the twilight bulb in another lamp was sparking rather than turning on. Breakfast was minimal, my daughters chose to find a Tim Hortons. Due to the many issues, the front desk gave us a small reduction on the final cost.
