This hotel is so old and dingy. The lobby makes it appear nice, but the room was so stinky from the musty shower curtain. We had to get housekeeping to come replace it as soon as we checked in. The air conditioning doesn't work like it should and has to be turned down to the lowest setting for the room to be cool enough to sleep. It also doesn’t remove the humidity and the room was constantly muggy and stale. I won't stay here again, it was a long, uncomfortable 5 night stay.

Overall we liked the hotel. It was clean and we'll kept. Some things were less than great. For example, there are ice machines on only 3 of the 11 floors, and of course we weren't on one of the three. The air conditioning unit in our room was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Parking was 'complimentary' but cost $12 daily. A breakfast buffet was offered at a price of $20 per person, but it was sparse and not refilled timely. Our room had a lovely view of the city and Vancouver skyline but would have been much more enjoyable through a clean window. All in all it wasn't terrible, just not great.

Loved our stay here staff was super friendly and helpful Muhammad was the person I interacted with the most and he gave great advice and seemed to know good places to go for our stay great location with public transport pretty close by nice pool and restaurant was excellent.

We stayed in a king suite and it was very nice. Comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, spacious room. On the 10th floor we had pleasing city views. The only complaint I had was the depth of the tub/shower. There were no grab bars and I felt unsafe trying to get out, I am 5’2”

Room was really nice. Comfortable, clean, newer updates. Staff was very nice. Quiet clean safe neighborhood. Expedia failed to mention that parking is not included in the room. Expedia mentions breakfast is available, but it was a basic hot breakfast like other hotels, with food in warmers, but for $18.
