We stayed in a suite. The bedroom had 2 queen beds, with a door to conveniently separate the bedroom from the entry room, which had a sofa-bed on one side and kitchen appliances on the other. We brought a few breakfast foods to keep in the fridge, which made a handy, quick start to each day. The bedroom had a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from a Skytrain station. The hotel has a large parking lot (at a small extra charge on top of the room rental), and a good restaurant. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The management and staff were very attentive. The hotel restaurant is a top notch establishment both in excellent quality of food and service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again the next time we visit Vancouver.

We were stuck on an elevator for about 30 mins, once we got out, the front desk staff said sorry but didn’t offer any upgrades. Both my daughters and myself are claustrophobic. Also, 2 days in a row we asked for extra towel and would be told yes we will bring extra towels, but never would come back with extra towels. I would never stay here again!
