Ok, but pricey for condition and comfort.

Ok hotel. Beds are not comfortable and the hotel is older and could use some upgrading in the rooms. Bathrooms seem recently renovated and were decent. Pricey for size and condition of rooms.

All the staff was Great. The rooms are very dark and out dated , location was great for our event the repaint and bar were closed at some parts of the day and times it was opened was limited on times. The hot tub was nice and relaxing however it did not open till 10:00 am. Not pleased that we had to pay a separate charge for parking. I’m sure that almost Evey guest has a car so paying for parking is an extra cash grab. Will stay here again if it is the right place for a local event.

The staff were lovely. But the property is less than desired. It is odd - really odd. glass bricks in living room as a "window" into the hallway. The heater/AC was so loud I had to turn it completely off. (when looking in it - the fans were filthy - hence probably why it was sooo noisy.) Facility was just really old and in great need of an update. Left a day early to stay somewhere nicer. (Was there on work and vacation).

I was disappointed because when I booked my hotel accommodation I was told that I was getting a king size bed and it included a full breakfast and parking. Instead, I had a queen size bed, no breakfast and I had to pay for parking and the heater was noisy. I didn't get a good sleep.

Great place to stay. The staff were so friendly, even maintenance (in the hall changing bulbs) and cleaning staff (crossed paths in a different hall). Will definitely stay there again when I’m in town. Beds are comfy, room was quiet (301), pool and jacuzzi area were very clean.

Rooms are nothing like as advertised, the physical layout of the units make it impossible to match the photos posted on the website. Rooms are dark and dated, with some upgrades to kitchen a bathrooms. I had to ask to change rooms after the first night as the stains on bedroom walls and previous water leak above my bed were unappealing. The second room was much cleaner. Neither were close to what I booked.

The building seemed a bit older but it was still well maintained, in my opinion. Staff were great with any questions. Skytrain noises may dissuade some people, but I found it negligible. Room itself was very spacious. Not sure how noise proof it is when using the jacuzzi, but the extra doors to the different rooms helped.

I really liked the check-in process, The staff members were really Nice, I had a late arrival after the original check in time they gave me a call just to make sure everything was safe and I was going to still be checking in in the same hotel.
