Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests arriving after 9:00 PM must make advance arrangements by contacting the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with special check-in instructions and an access code. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of CAD 15 at check-out.
