Overall, great stay.

Room was nice, hotel shuttle to and from the airport was great. The morning breakfast was basic, but for the price of the stay it was a nice addition to the morning.

This hotel is a bit of a fixer upper. The shower head was dangling from the fixture, bathroom hooks broken, rooms were small. The most alarming part, however was that our room door didn't close all the way unless you pulled really hard on the handle. That's unsafe.

We have always stayed here when flying out of YVR. Over the years the amenities have deteriorated to the point that we are shopping for a new favourite. The breakfast has especially gone down hill.

This hotel is located in a convenient area and super close to the airport, resulting in an easy taxi ride or just a couple of blocks from the station for the airport. Very convenient! Breakfast was on time, which was important to us because we had an early flight. Good value for money!

I was given a key to a room which was not cleaned, I saw dirty towels and bed not changed and had to go with my suitcase back to reception. The person working there barely spoke English.
