Staff were great. Clean room. Though the room and lobby is not too big but the hotel is very efficient of utilizing the space. Parking at the hotel is a bit challenging. The back alley is a little hard in the dark to navigate with quite a bit of potholes.

We did not have the right number from the website to call the airport transfer. At check in the young man gave us a card with the right number , reimbursed our cab fare. Our flight was 3 + hours late and we didn’t arrive in Vancouver till 4 am. We were told where to get breakfast and he made sure we had a late check to rest
