This hotel is fantastic! Beautiful and unlike the ordinary. Even bird tweeting in the hallways. Breakfast not included but great breakfast options at reasonable price in the lovely restaurant. Especially nice as we stayed during Christmas season and it was decorated beautifully.

Everything was amazing: Food, service, cleanliness etc.. The only thing I would request is better & handheld shower heads. The existing ones are drizzly at best so it's hard to rinse thoroughly thus a shower takes twice as long as it should.

I stayed in room #401. It was filthy! There was dirt on several of the tables, toothpaste and dried puddles of ?? On the bathroom counter. I was afraid to get in the shower, not knowing what I might catch, given the state of the rest of the room. I have stayed here before, but will never come back. Be warned!

The property is very nice, and the restaurant is excellent. However we were told that if we did not order room service or change food to our room at the restaurant we would not be charged any additional fees. However we were charged $15 dollars per day plus tax for a facilities fees.
