Front desk staff and concierge were friendly and very helpful.Check-in was quick. The room was lovely with an amazing view. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food and service were fabulous. Right across from Metrotown mall.

Great location but not woth the $$. The rooms need upgradeing( even basic like paint over the mould in shower grout and change cheap gross shower head). Not at all what i was expecting for a higher end hotel. I upgraded to the executive suite and again not worth it. The appetizers were not good (dry spring roles and tuna salad, weird combination). Staff were all very lovely though. We attended a conference and the food offered there through the hotel was again absolutely disgusting. I didnt eat at the restaurant but obviously this is the type of food they are putting out and all attendees that i chatted with agreed it was AWFUL.
