Very nice place - clean, safe, etc. Needed more staff at the front desk at 6:15ish. I had two queries of the front desk and I had to wait quite a while due to lots of guests also waiting and only one desk clerk.

Great hotel on the Northshore

I LOVE this hotel! It is my “go to” when visiting relatives on the Northshore. Clean, comfortable, great kitchenette, spacious rooms. Staff friendly and approachable. Beautiful hotel grounds with tall evergreens, waterfalls and totem truly reflecting the Westcoast atmosphere. No issues finding parking spot nightly
