Our stay was very good, room was nice, i was a little disappointed that we could not open our window or balcony door. The other issue was I had booked 2 rooms for 2 couples and when we arrived they took our credit cards for both couples but charged me for both rooms and incidentals. Now i have to collect monies from the other couple. This is a little bit of a problem, especially when they asked for both of our credit cards. Other than that it was a nice stay

Pleasantly surprised by receiving an upgrade to a room with a view of the Christmas Markets! Can’t get better than that. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Room is clean, beds comfy. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
