Staff were lovely. Very friendly and kind. It’s still an older hotel with things like very small TVs in the rooms and old fridges and microwaves. The bed was comfortable. Pillows are a little too hard, but that’s just personal preference. It’s always a nice place to stay because it’s so close to everything. I did, however, get locked in the ice and vending machine room because the door knob was broken. It only took about 10 minutes for someone to find me, and I alerted staff and they were very concerned and said they would fix it right away. Overall, I’ll stay again.

It took me over 30 mins just to find the correct parking garage since there was no signage and then it took me 15 mins to find the correct elevator to get me to the hotel since not all of the elevators go to the hotel level which is in the Market building. There were no automatic doors in the hotel so moving around my 4 large work bags was very annoying. The whole experience put me on edge and made me incredibly annoyed. I will never stay here again.
