The Vancouver House! This brand new building is located in Beach District, a new and active neighborhood of Vancouver Downtown. Cozy suite with beautiful views, 2 balconies and A/C. Close to all amenities including restaurants, shopping center, banks, etc.

Apartment is a 1 bedroom, with a beautiful bathroom that includes a standing shower and bathtub, approx 600 sqft of living space with a large balcony and a smaller second balcony.

Building amenities include 10,000 sqft fitness facility, golf simulator, outdoor swimming pool, 24/7 concierge

1 free parking stall, no pets and no smoking.

Amenities are only available for reservations 45 days or longer.

Please note 45 days minimum reservation is required to access amenities such as, virtual golf simulator, pool/hot tub, and a 10,000 sqft gym. Most amenities are open for use but due to Covid, this could change at anytime. Please be advised.


If you plan to use amenities, a form k cost of $300 is required on top of your reservation. Please message me to confirm if you want to use the amenities and I’ll process the $300 charge and register you with the building.

Great working vacation in Vancouver!

We had a very positive experience staying at Paul and Rachel's home. It was small but very well equipped and they were kind enough to have extra supplies of basic toiletries and kitchen basics so that we could prepare a meal or snack easily. I appreciated that so much since we were very jet lagged when we arrived, and we could make coffee and tea, and even a simple breakfast of pancakes in the middle of the night. The location is great, close to grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants. It is right by Vancouver's famous seawall, and you can access the walk within minutes. Our hosts were great, we had a parking spot and extra keys, all in all it was a great month spent in beautiful Vancouver in one of the most iconic buildings built by Westbank!
