Stay in a 2200 sq foot, luxury, modern (2025) duplex with free parking. Fast wifi, a/c, high end Miele appliances and in suite, side by side washer/dryer. All 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Minutes from everything Vancouver has to offer including UBC, Granville Island, the airport, beaches, downtown. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and safe. Kitchen is fully equipped and a gas stove/oven. We respond within an hour. Early luggage drop-off available upon request. Come stay in Vancouver's premier neighbourhood, Kitsilano.

Our stay was wonderful! Home is brand new, clean and well appointed. Location was perfect for being close to the University and downtown. Ample parking. Host was very attentive and friendly. Lots of room for my teens and myself. When we are back in Vancouver we'll definitely try to reserve this property again.

I booked this property for a weekend trip with my parents. The place was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. My favourite feature of the property was the fact that every bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom. Scot was also very helpful and responsive. I was experiencing issues with the vrbo app when I first arrived, which was stalling my ability to check in. He swooped in very quickly and was able to help me out right away. I would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay. The home itself was absolutely spectacular—each of the three bedrooms features its own en suite, plus there’s a convenient powder room downstairs. The kitchen truly left us awestruck and quickly became a favorite gathering spot.The location was ideal, with an easy walk to nearby restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Scot was an exceptional host from start to finish—communicative before our trip, a quick check in after we arrived home, and always incredibly responsive whenever we had a question about the house or the area.We can’t wait to return.
