Yelling, shouting, running, playing loud music and slamming the doors is strictly prohibited. Host reserves the right of ending the reservation and guest will be asked to leave right away.

A fee of $ 300 will be applied for hosting any kind of event or party, If such event results in excessive mess or additional cleaning requirements, a supplemental cleaning surcharge for extra cleaning will be calculated and applied.

Smoking or vaping within the boundary of the house is strictly prohibited. Violation of this will result in $ 300 additional penalty.

Only registered paying guest including in the booking are allowed to enter the property. Visitors will be considered as guest if they enter the property without permission, and will result in the usual charge for extra guest. A maximum of 4 authorized visitors are allowed to visit for 2 to 3 hours and must leave by 9 PM.

Guests are encouraged and welcomed to ask questions to get further clarifications if they have any query about anything regarding the listing and their stay.
