Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the water pressure on the 3rd floor, sometimes almost no water would come out but it only lasted a few minutes and it would get back to normal. I would stay there again as the prices were very reasonable and the cleanliness met my standards.

This is not a $300 a night hotel on any night. I booked it by my mistake. Old building. A/C is like trying to sleep next to an idling car. Faucet leaking, light bulbs missing, no sink in the bathroom for hand washing. No continental breakfast included, extra cost at an east indian grill sharing the same parking lot. Staff was great, the only thing good about our stay.

Property was good to stay. Only drawback was that an initial amount of $400 was deducted as security on two rooms for two days at checkin. Further an amount of $207 was deducted on the next day and $228 was again deducted on the next day. Thus an amount almost equal to the rent fir two rooms for two days was deducted as security. On enquiry at the reception, I was informed that a deposit of only $400 was required and additional amount deducted was probably due to computer glitch and she could not reverse the entries. This was not understood

Our room was nice and cool during these hot days in Vanvouver. Bed was super comfy and the whole place was quiet. Breakfast was hot food and pastries at the restaurant in the parking lot.
