Elvis checked us in and he was absolutely lovely. Helpful and polite and funny. Plus he upgraded us which was super great as we had had quite a day with cancelled airplanes. The dinner at chopsticks was quite good for a food court. That’s all that was open. Thanks, Elvis!

The check in area was quite small compared to the last time we stayed there. The person who checked us in was friendly and efficient. I don’t remember the planes flying so close during our last stay. The room looked like it had been updated. I appreciated the safety bars in the bathtub area. I wish the parking was more convenient.
