The hotel can do better in terms of cleanliness in the room; dust can be seen collecting on some surfaces. Meanwhile location of the property is very convenient as it is physically connected to the Sky Train station. Perfect for travellers who don't have cars but still want to explore the City. Staff are friendly and nice. Misa, Uhge, and Sarah provided a wonderful service during our stay. I just hope I got your names right. Sorry if I didn't. It would've been nice if the property offered free breakfast. But this is not a deal breaker. Overall, it was a nice stay, not perfect, but the staff made the experience better.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was in walking distance to the night market and we enjoyed spending some time in the casino. The room was very clean and spacious. We would totally stay here again.

We had a great stay at River Rock Casino Hotel, the hotel is really nice, rooms are great, spacious, with a nice bathroom. The cost of the room, however, was very expensive. I know that most hotels are expensive now, but we are not happy that we had to pay a room cost of $361.26, then a marketing fee of $3.61, room taxes came to $58.38. Next, a resort fee including taxes of $23.17. I'm not sure why we were charged at all, as we didn't use the pool, spa, or whatever else is there. Then a system fee of $8.93, which I believe to be the 2% additional fee for using a credit card. These fees all seem a bit excessive.

This property is a hidden gem...the best part is that it has a sky train stop right beside it...so convenient and will want to stay in this hotel if we go back to Vancouver.

We frequent the River Rock, and for the first time I can say, we might not be back. Rooms were disgusting, filthy and stains on the bed. Staff while polite, were less than helpful.
