We had a wonderful stay here! The owner was incredibly patient and accommodating, even with our delayed flight, they welcomed us at 3 AM without any issue. The place is clean, spacious, and well maintained. We’d definitely book again if we return to Vancouver!

Great stay!

Its an inn with a few rooms on the ground floor of a comerical building. The place is newly renovated, places matches 100% of photos you see on hotels.com. Rooms are newly renovated, fully equipped with microwave / oven, air fryer, coffee machine with pods, towels, dishes, and utensils. Very clean and the bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable, so were the bedsheets and linens. The property has no staff on site during my 3-day stay but you could just message the owner if you have questions and she is very responsive. Location was a few bus stops ride away from the New Westminter Station, which is off from the city center but we were okay with the 30 minute sky rail back to the city. You could tell the owner put in some thoughts into making their guests feel home away from home. I would recommend adding a coin washer / dryer in the common area for guests to use. Would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a budget stay in the Burnaby / New Westminster area.

The area seems a little sketchy, but the hotel itself was lovely. Check in was quick and easy and they're very quick to respond to messages. The room had a well stocked kitchenette with a Keurig and an air fryer.

Nice clean place with great staff, but the internet sucked. I use the internet for work and had to reconnect every few minutes. I finally gave up. If they improve their internet, i would definitely stay there again. A desk for working would be nice too.

This was my first time encountering a situation where no one was present at the front desk upon arrival. However, the clerk did meet us at the location within the time frame I provided, and I appreciated how quick and easy the check-in process was. A few things could be improved. Some of the dishes were not properly cleaned, so we washed the ones we planned to use. We also noticed we were short one face towel, but we managed with what was available. The mantle above the toilet was loose, which made us hesitant to place anything on it. Additionally, the water in the bathtub drained very slowly, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, while showering, I noticed a lot of water was splashing out to the floor when the glass doors were closed. One issue that affected our sleep was the bright balcony light — even with the blinds closed and room lights off, it remained quite noticeable. Parking is limited, but we were fortunate to always find a spot when needed.

Honestly it is a strange hotel. No front desk, security person shows you to room and that’s it. The room was very clean but it just felt uninviting. Bed was comfortable but negated by the noisy street outside.
