Have stayed and knew what to expect almost...the room was partitioned separating the bedroom from the rest of the room allowing the night owl to howl. Neither of us could grasp the Samsung TV remote.

Liked that restaurants were near. And loved the free shuttle service to & from airport. However, saw staff be not very kind to customers. Even kicked out children from the pool without reason. Stated “only 12+ can be in the pool” in a not very kind manner. But their signs clearly say “children under 12 need adult supervision”. Two families left with very sad children. Poor families. And confusing rule changes

The visit was o.k., but the price was a bit high. The connecting restaurant was o.k., but not great. About a 4 out of 10. Again, too pricey for what you get!

The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked but was loud. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. There was a lack of USB outlets. Not enough lights in the room. The decor is dated and dark.
