Bajarte stuff was super helpful and accommodating, changing my room, getting me a robe, etc. One thing I did not like what the television no instructions. Even a simple note that says guide is on chatter. One maintenance came to help me, but he did not know either how to operate the television. Nobody seem to know or be able to help frustrating.

Clean rooms & pool/hot tub, friendly staff, efficient shuttle bus from airport & in-house Moxie's restaurant are great. The room heating/cooling radiators are old & very loud, so if you're a light sleeper who had trouble getting back to sleep, do NOT stay here as you'll be woken up frequently throughout the night.
