only problems were, it took some time to reset the tv remote and the room could have been warmer. Not big issues. More importantly the room was very clean. We had a great time in the lounge with the live entertainment.

When i arrived my credit cards would not work so i said can i use my debit card sure but my name is not printed on my card the manager was summoned and proceeded to treat me like a crimnal when my picture id clearly shows its me and i e stsyed before. A weekend in the city is ment to be fun The room i was given was tiny. So i decided to stay at the Wedge wood where my debit card was not a problem as ive stayed there in the past as well A little kindness would go alo g way

Amazing location on the west side. Ocean is right there with Stanley Park. Great food within blocks. Hotel was charming, super clean, good food, and large rooms. The staff was super helpful. We will be staying here again.
