The bed is comfortable and the place is clean. However the area around there has really deteriorated. I had to pay for landing $29 but then there is also some 25% hotel tax on top of regular pst and gst so $40 or my car would get keyed they said. I read online 2.5 percent for hotel tax. Either way Vancouver is a rip off. No where else to park except at St. Paul’s across the street and have to pay by hour and love it. Because hospital is across street it’s very nosiy with sirens at all hours. I heard what seemed to be a jet about ten feet above the hotel and homeless people, cars with loud rap, VERY LOUD trucks all night. I did not sleep. On top of that the room was blaring hot. I turned heat off but it didn’t help. Same issue last time. I accidentally rebooked at this hotel. Never again. It was cheap and it’s close to the hospital if you had to be there. Otherwise I would avoid. Many homeless youth on the street out the front door. The staff was nice and they did provide nice coffee and tea.

Great location, very cute and nice hotel, loved the courtyard and fire place area. My room was perfect for me and nice and clean, was able to use the body wash and lotion in the bathroom which was great, used an umbrella from the lobby so I didn’t have to buy one. Was a quiet hotel, couldn’t hear anyone else. Loved it, would recommend and definitely stay there again.
