Desperately needs to be renovated! Cleaning staff needs some serious training. Stained towels, dirty walls with hair, etc. carpet was stained and I didn’t even want to take off my shoes. At least the bed sheets were clean or I would have complained and possibly left. The price is way too high for an old, run down motel like this. Until they renovate I would not go there again.

Very basic for the price. The lack of a bathroom sink stopper and a bath mat with several holes had a psychological negative impact beyond the actual impact. Bed was fine. The breakfast was very modest but it was there, and there was a lot of seating so we could chat with other guests we knew. Fridge, microwave, a recycling container in the room. No bedside charging ports so charging while using wasn’t possible. It was not good value but it was convenient to our event at the high school.

The front desk staff were five star and very professional. The room is clean, but it had a musky smell and was very dated. I guess if you’re always full, you don’t really need to worry about renovating, but it’s on the edge of being a little too old and time renovate. A few sheets of drywall, and some paint would make a great difference.

The two stars are for the bed and the check in staff. Everything else was bad. The window only had black out curtains, no sheers and looked directly into apartment windows opposite, so we couldn’t have the curtains open for light at all. The bathroom socket was rusted as was the tub and sink drain. The floors were stained and the corners were dirty. The walls were completely bare giving the room a cell like feel. The phone was filthy and the sprinkler on the ceiling was dirty and discoloured. There were picnic tables right outside, which I’m assuming was the smoking area, and people were drinking beer and yelling until gone midnight. There didn’t seem to be any security checking the grounds at all. The only saving grace was the clean, comfortable bed.

Dont expect a fancy updated hotel, this is an older property that has had its furnishings updated. It was comfortable and clean. There is also a very strong musty smell in the lobby as well as our room. The supplied breakfast is all packaged food. (Breakfast bars, prepackaged muffins, oatmeal) fresh fruit would have been nice. Overall if your not fussy it was okay for the price.

The property and room were superficially wiped down to be clean. The walkway/stairwell were stained and only swept - never mopped. The room was clean in the main areas but corners were dirty. Grab rod in the tub falls off. Bathroom door was split and had three different paint touchups/colours. Breakfast was limited compared to other places we stayed. Parking lot appeared to have vehicles in it that had been there long term / never moved. Staff was friendly and responsive to requests.

The room, especially bathroom, are in bad repair. The water is inconsistent so shower goes from scalding hot to freezing cold unexpectedly. No bathroom fan and handle on the window is broken so window is not functional.

I was disappointed when bringing information to their attention they acted as though I didn't know what I was talking about. It's unprofessional and the information I provided wasn't provided in a fit, rather it was entirely brought up because I have kids and the way in which they operated was inappropriate and disgusting frankly. They used to be our go to but likely with this previous experience we can safely say we'll be planning our trips elsewhere.
