Room stunk worse than a port-o-potty at a music festival and in order to make it tolerable, my wife and I had to keep the door to the bathroom shut and window cracked. Shoddy patch jobs from other guests fists going through the walls and doors, cracked flooring and pubic hair in the bathroom when we arrived. The "breakfast" was cereal, rice krispies and nutrigrain bars. Staff were nice but that alone isn't enough to make me choose to stay somewhere. If I had reserved this hotel for more than 1 night, I would have canceled the rest of my reservation and found somewhere else to stay. Not sure if the complimentary upgrade was even worth it, but it's the thought that counts?

I found the room very hot. I turned down the heat around 3 pm, after 6 hours it is still hot. I am pleasantly surprised how quiet it is. TV is easy to operate. Nice kitchenette No tea or decaf coffee.

I had booked a room with 2 beds but the room had 1 kingsize bed, forcing my husband and adult son to share the bed. The staff said they didn't speak English and were not helpful. Also,there was no breakfast as adverised. We will never stay there nor recommend it.

Pretty rough

If you like the smell of stale smoke, this is the hotel for you. The rooms were dirty, broken, and stinky. At least the sheets seemed clean, at least I hope they were. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the only reason I would ever think about staying here again was because the people bent over backwards to help out.
