The Cocoonr agency offers this apartment for rent, located in a residence just a 5-minute drive from the port of Vannes and the city centre. With a surface area of 64m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment is on the 1st floor without a lift.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A lovely 25m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo pod coffee machine, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140x190).
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A small balcony with furniture, table and chairs to enjoy sunny days

For even more comfort: washing machine, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.

Transport:
- If you are coming by car, the residence has a private outdoor car park at the rear, where you will have a private parking space.
