This magnificent 170 m² flat, decorated with care by an interior designer, can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideally located on the port of Vannes, this duplex apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift), and comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a very pleasant lounge area, three beautiful double bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath). You can enjoy a garden of around 450 m² and a magnificent terrace equipped with garden furniture in the centre of Vannes. The flat is fitted to a very high standard and uses quality materials. It is air-conditioned, which is a plus in summer, and has fibre-optic wifi. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).

The accommodation is made up as follows
- A 35 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with 1 Queen-size bed (160×200)

The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat at the Q-Park under the grounds or in the street (paid parking).
