Located in the heart of the historic center of the medieval city of Vannes, in an old 17th-century building listed as a Monument Historique, you'll be immediately seduced by the location, character and charm of the place.

This is rue Saint-Salomon, famous for its timber-framed houses. With its period staircase, you'll reach the 1st floor where you'll find this superb little Cocoon, full of charm and perfectly calm. Recently renovated, this flat has a large, bright living room with solid oak parquet flooring and exposed beams, a lounge area, a lovely fitted and equipped kitchen decorated with a beautiful original fireplace, a bathroom with shower and washbasin, 1 bedroom with a double bed and an additional bench seat suitable for a child in the living room.

As always with Cocoonr, your apartment is ready to live in: your bed is made on arrival, towels are provided and wifi access is included in the price of your reservation. We'll even throw in a few coffee capsules so you can start using your Nespresso machine straight away.

Perfectly furnished and equipped, the L'arpège apartment can accommodate 3 people in excellent conditions of comfort.
