The flat is ideally located in Vannes, close to the port and a 20-minute walk from the train and bus stations, in a very pleasant setting overlooking the Garenne park and close to the old town of Vannes and its ramparts. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.

Come and discover and visit the town of Vannes, which has managed to retain all its old-world charm by preserving its ramparts and surrounding area.
- Sights: Carnac (the alignments, a major prehistoric site), the Quiberon peninsula and its wild coastline, Baden, Armor Baden, Auray, the port of Saint-Goustan, boat trips to the islands of Arz and Ile aux Moines from Vannes and Port Blanc...
- Sporting activities: various water sports, hiking along the GR 34, swimming at Conleau beach...
