Les portes de mauvaises qualités qui permet pas d’être en toute intimité au toilettes. Je ne conseil pas du tout ce logement, à part l’emplacement qui est top ?? c’est vraiment dommage. Logement très sale!!"

Il y a quelques marches à monter car l'appartement se trouve au dernier étage de l'immeuble"

LE SAINT SALOMON Sans doute le plus vieil immeuble de Vannes, en plein centre. Beaucoup de charme. Un accueil personnalisé, sympathique et dévoué. Je n'avais pas vu s'il est indiqué que c'est un 3eme étage sans ascenseur dans un vieil escalier irrégulier, donc attention aux personnes à mobilité limitée. Un peu de frayeur quand à la sécurité incendie. Très bien agencé pour utiliser au maximum l'espace. Cuisine bien équipée et douche spacieuse à double pommeau avec un thermostat.
