L'hôte est très cordial et les informations transmises sont très biens avec un livret d'accueil très bien fait. Le logement est très bien situé proche du centre ville de Vannes à pieds. L'appartement en lui même est propre mais commence à être un peu vieillissant. En revanche les draps proposés en suppléments par le service conciergerie laisse à désiré. Les draps des deux lits étaient dans un état vieillissant et ne justifie pas le prix de 20 euros par lit. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement et nous pourrons le resollicité si nous retournons à Vannes.

Séjour à Vannes

Tout s’est bien déroulé. Proche du golfe du Morbihan, de la presqu'île de Rhuys que j’adore. Centre historique toujours aussi agréable avec ses restos, ses boutiques, ses monuments, ses halles... A recommander comme maison. En revanche, pas de séchoir pour étendre le linge, pas de parasol ou nousvne les vons pas trouvés. Dans l’ensemble, très satisfaisant.

Inadapté en pleine circulation Covid, manque de sérieux

Propriété bien située, fonctionnelle, par contre aucun protocole sanitaire mis en œuvre dans le cadre du Covid et même tout court (chaussette sale en dessous du canapé-lit), juste 1 produit ménager désodorisant menthe, des savons liquides, tablettes lave-vaisselle, pas de housses de literies jetables (des tâches jaunes sur les oreillers et une couette), pas de gel hydro-alcoolique, aucun produit désinfectant pour les sanitaires, même pas du Canard javel pour les WC.

Appartement en rdc ( pas précisé sur l’annonce) compliqué d’ouvrier les fenêtres car donne sur la rue Terrasse ouverte donc impossible d’y laisser un animal seul Problème de chauffe eau en panne. Réveillés tous les matins à 7h car fuite d’eau donc bassine à vider ! Pas de chauffage la nuit. Aucune intervention pendant toute la durée du séjour . Pas de compensation proposée . Inadmissible vu le prix
