Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Hotel has cancelled/ shifted my booking to another Hotel a day before. This is despite taking advance of Rs2000/- for a delux room. Room service of another hotel was pathetic. You should cheat like that
