The overall room quality felt below expectations. For example, the doors don’t close smoothly and make a loud noise, and the bathrooms were not as clean as I would normally expect. Room 3124 was tired and requires a major maintenance. Fridge, TV, plugs on wall was not working. Took two attempts to fix. Other rooms maybe better but we will never know. Overall, it’s an overpriced hotel claiming to be a 5 star hotel without the 5 star experience. Found a pice of metal wire in my breakfast but no one seemed to take this matter seriously!! Wifi in room was touch and go but worked well in the reception floor.

Rooms need an update - they are in process of updating them but to us they initially gave room which floods bathroom and charged extra to upgrade to another room next day. It’s expected that bathroom to not flood Many items in the kitchen menu were not available and food is quite spicy
