2.5-room air-conditioned apartment in Varazze, with sea views, terrace, garden with sun loungers and outdoor shower, a pizza oven in the summer kitchen, large private parking space. 2.7 km from Varazze beach. Private terrace with a gas grill and a table with four comfortable chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with high-quality Swiss frame and mattress from Bico and a single bed (90 x 200 cm) also with a good mattress. In the living room there is a sofa bed (sleeping area 150 x 200 cm) comfortable to sleep on. Both rooms can be made dark. You must bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them from us.

A compact e-scooter is included, you can put it in your car, drive to the beach and drop off your family, then find a parking space and return to them by e-scooter. Alternatively there is a city bus to the beach and only takes 10 minutes. The bus stop is 80 meters away. You can also rent our electric mountain bikes. The mostly sandy beach of Varazze is known for its clear and particularly warm water. You can use our stand up paddle board for free!

Hiking and cycling trails of the Monte Beigua National Park begin close to the house. Within a short walk you can reach a pizzeria-bar, a grocery store and a traditional Ligurian restaurant.

In the apartment there is a 42 inch plasma television (international TV channels available), SONY PS3 with a few games, a collection of DVDs and Blurays, a laptop PC, board games. The coffee machine is Nespresso.

Excursion possibilities: Trails beginning nearby and leading all the way into the huge Monte Beigua national park.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöne Lage (am Hang), wunderbarer Ausblick (über das Dorf, das Meer und die umliegenden Berge), tolle Ausstattung. Neben Garten, Terrasse und entsprechender Möblierung (inklusive Grill), gibt es eine Outdoorküche mit Aufenthaltsraum und Pizzaofen. Außerdem konnte man E-bikes und E-Scooter nutzen/mieten. Das Dorf ist fußläufig erreichbar, hat einen kleinen Alimentari und eine nette Bar. Der Ort ist prima für tolle Ausflüge in die Berge sowie ans Meer geeignet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
