In the 2nd Floor enjoy your vacation. You can get to the apartment via the stairs or practically the elevator and find an ultra-modern and cozy apartment here. The ceilings, which are up to almost 6 m high, allow you to relax completely.

Via the entrance area with cloakroom you can access the living and dining area. In the front area, the gray, country-style kitchen equipped with the best branded appliances offers a special focus. Wooden elements such as the kitchen or living room table give the room its warmth, which is further supported by the warm yellow wall. From the living-dining area you can access the bedroom with its own flat screen TV. The modern shower room en suite impresses with bright furnishings, integrated radio, walk-in summer rain shower, toilet and daylight.

The east-west loggia can be reached from the living and dining room and is equipped with modern garden furniture.

The barrier-free apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating, WiFi and intelligent lighting.

For your bikes or e-bikes there is a bike room in the basement of the house.
