The dining area with ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with the best branded appliances. You even have a washing machine here. From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area you reach the west balcony with an electrically extendable awning and modern garden furniture.

Held from the entrance area on the right, it goes into the chic shower room with toilet. The large, floor-level shower, a towel heater and the illuminated mirror as a niche above the sink offer the highest level of comfort.

You reach your personal bedroom via the living-dining area.
