Lovely longère with its authentic character, ideally located in the village of Varengeville sur mer, on the path to the sea (500 metres away) and the village centre 800 metres away.

The house is situated in the middle of a large enclosed garden, composed of plants and trees that will delight enthusiasts and will undoubtedly please children who can play as they wish.

The charm of the longère with its half-timbering, exposed beams, terracotta tiles, different levels and its enfilade make it a charming and above all convivial place.

The living room is comfortable with its very large sofa but especially its large fireplace which ensures pleasant moments of warmth and relaxation to be savoured with family and friends.

Adjoining the living room, you will find the dining room enhanced with a large family table. Large windows overlook the garden and the lucky ones might see a deer or a squirrel pass by.

Continuing from the dining room, the kitchen is practical and has everything necessary for those who love cooking. Its windows overlooking the garden offer a lovely view.

On the ground floor, you will have two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm), the other with two single beds (90cm) that can be brought together to make a double bed (180cm), according to preferences. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet serves these two bedrooms.

Upstairs you will find a landing with a desk and a sofa, serving a majestic bedroom with a double bed (180cm) and a bathroom with a corner bathtub.

Longère bien située proche mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le cadre est joli et calme. Longère très bien située pour toutes nos visites dans la région. On recommande L'auberge du relais à varengeville et quelques restaurant sur valery en caux. Merci au Propriétaire pour le cidre et sa disponibilité.
