Typical house hidden in the narrow streets of Fiumelatte, a picturesque hamlet of Varenna, one of the most fascinating villages on Lake Como. Here, time seems to flow more slowly through stone houses, characteristic alleys and beautiful panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
The house is on two levels and can be reached via a short pedestrian path through the streets of the village. The entrance is from the upper floor through a pedestrian gate that leads to a large panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, furnished with deckchairs and outdoor table, perfect for relaxing outdoors or enjoying a lunch with a view. From here you can access the bright living area, consisting of a living room with a well-equipped open kitchen and a dining area. In the living room there is also a bunk bed that can accommodate up to two additional people. Continuing on, there is a corridor that leads to the bathroom and the bedroom with a double bed.
From the internal corridor, you go down to the lower floor where there is a characteristic tavern with direct access to the private garden. Thanks to its thick stone walls, this environment naturally remains cool even during the hottest days and is the ideal place to relax, read or spend quiet moments. The garden represents a private green space where guests can enjoy the tranquility of the place, the lake air and organize pleasant outdoor moments immersed in nature.
The apartment has all the essential services for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and washing machine, to allow guests to manage their stay in total autonomy. The environment is completely non-smoking, to ensure an atmosphere that is always clean and welcoming.
The location of the house offers beautiful views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, creating a natural scenery that changes colors and atmospheres throughout the day. The center of Varenna can be reached in about 20—30 minutes on foot or in a few minutes by car.
