The apartment is developed around a bright living room, where natural light enters through the large windows overlooking the porch and garden. The living room leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Thanks to the presence of a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
The property has a covered garage; in the immediate vicinity there are also free public parking spaces available along the road that leads to the residence. The real strength of the apartment is the private garden with a beautiful view of Bellagio, together with the strategic position that allows you to move easily along the entire shore of Lake Como, between Lecco and Colico.
A few steps from the house is the famous Wanderer's Trail , the historic panoramic route that connects the villages of Lake Como with a walk surrounded by nature. For those traveling without a car, the Fiumelatte train station is about 20 minutes away on foot; however, it should be noted that the route is sloping and can be challenging in the presence of heavy luggage. .
