Varenna La Bomboniera is located in the hamlet of Pino in Varenna, with a fantastic panoramic view of the lake and in particular of Bellagio.

The cottage, being independent, gives guests great privacy and the garden is entirely available, making this holiday home a real jewel. Outside, the large terrace equipped with table and chairs is also ideal for enjoying the sunsets over the lake with a drink or for lunches in the open air.

The apartment, completely newly furnished, is all on the ground floor and consists of a dining area with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a small walk-in closet with washer-dryer, and a bathroom with shower.

The 23 sqm garage completes this beautiful structure.

The property was lovely. The view to Lake Como was spectacular. The hosts live next door and were very attentive without being disruptive. The only negative I can mention is that we used the kitchen to cook a meal and there were no essentials like salt/pepper/olive oil - most other VRBOs we have stayed at have those available. But we did have 4 delicious fresh eggs when we arrived and the hosts provided a mini happy hour with appetizers and wine on our first night. Overall a definite 5 star property and would recommend to anyone staying in Varenna.

Beautiful cozy private and luxurous place.

Very nice clean place in beautiful location. Small but upscale. We enjoyed our 4 nights there very much. Seems quite luxurious for the size and all the amenities were there with a nice feeling of privacy. It was a big help that there was a washer/dryer. The only two things I can call drawbacks wouldn't even matter for most people. It's more like a studio than a one bedroom as there is no door between the kitchen and bedroom areas. My wife is a light sleeper so I couldn't make coffee or breakfast without the light or noise waking her. Also, the walking path to the entrance is up a small grass hill that would be no problem for most people, but my wife has a bad knee and hill was a small issue for her. All in all though I can highly recommend the place for a single person or couple looking for a place at Lake Como. Very private, relaxing, clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood felt very safe and was close enough to everything we came to Varenna for. Having a garage to park in was also very nice.
