Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, mĂȘme si Ste Marie n’est pas dans le centre (Les Claux), du moins l’EtĂ©, car l’hiver, c’est au pied du tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge . ProblĂšme avec la tĂ©lĂ©vision, rien ne fonctionnait en continue, un coup la 2 , un coup la 3 😬, surtout pendant les JO, pas de dĂ©bit internet, coupure intempestive, difficile de se connecter. Pas d’accĂšs Ă  la place de parking, nous n’avions pas les clĂ©s de l’arceau😗. Quelques points nĂ©gatif surtout pour une location de ce prix. Pour le reste, tout est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©

appartement tres agréable et bien situé

Tres bel appartemen avec 2 chambres double et un coin montagne avec lit triple (un peu exigu mais ok pour les enfants). appartement tres bien équipé avec une tres belle terrasse et un acces imédiat à une remontée. Navette pour le centre de station (3km environ) à 5mm à pied. Pas de casier a ski individuel mais un casier a ski collectif (toute petite residence) ou le garage (face à la remonté). Seul bemol, le manque de lumiere, il n'y a a que des eclairage indirect dans le salon et dans la chambre principale uniquement des chevets c'est un peu bizzare.

Apparemment trÚs agréable, idéal pour les skieurs !

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement spacieux à Vars, idéalement situé au pied des pistes de ski et à proximité des commerces. L'espace était parfaitement aménagé et équipé, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Une expérience mémorable dans un cadre magnifique !

L’appartement est trĂšs confortable et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. La grande terrasse est un vrai plus ! C’est trĂšs calme. Attention cependant pour les couchages, il n’y a que deux chambres avec lits doubles. La troisiĂšme chambre n’est en rĂ©alitĂ© qu’un coin montagne sans fenĂȘtre avec des lits superposĂ©s Ă  3 Ă©tages ce qui peut ĂȘtre compliquĂ© pour des grands ados

SĂ©jour en famille pour le ski. Tout le monde a apprĂ©ciĂ© le sĂ©jour. Équipement parfait, nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien. Localisation idĂ©ale avec le tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©rique en bas de l’appartement et la navette qui nous emmĂšne dans la station a seulement 150m. IdĂ©alement orientĂ©e nous avons pu profitĂ© de la terrasse (avec neige et sans !) Bref c’était parfait

Le dĂ©tail de l'appartement ne correspond pas Ă  l'annonce. 4 chambres indiquĂ©es correspondent Ă  1 chambre avec salle d'eau, 1 espace de 5 m2 sans fenĂȘtre avec 3 lits superposĂ©s , 1 espace de 7 m2 avec fenĂȘtre et un lit double dans lequel on ne peu circuler librement et 1 canapĂ© lit dans le salon salle Ă  manger. De nombreux dysfonctionnements sont aussi a signalĂ©s: fermetures des portes (3 dont celle d'entrĂ©e , des toilettes et de la chambre). la terrasse de 50 m2 Ă©tait inutilisable a notre arrivĂ©e (10 cm de glace et de neige que nous avons du dĂ©gager. Le propriĂ©taire nous a promis un geste, mais a ce jour toujours rien. A eviter, trop cher pour ce qui est rĂ©ellement offert. Ouverture d'un store de la salle (cassĂ©)

Comme chez soi

Merci à Gilles qui nous fait partager un logement trÚs bien aménagé avec beaucoup de goût dans lequel il ne manque strictement rien (si, la pince pour le grille pain !) le tout de qualité et standing. L'appartement est grand et magnifique mais également l'immeuble qui est trÚs bien placé est trÚs calme et les copropriétaires charmants. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour. Merci Gilles !
