Since my wife's stomach is not taking usual filter coffee too well, we asked for an espresso or cappucino. But the service guy said, that they don't have such a machine. Maybe it would be a good idea to invest in a machine that can make different kinds of coffee (like other hotels already did years ago). For the benefit of my wife and of course for the benefit of all other guests opting for breakfast at the hotel. Thank you.

Normalt sÀger man att man fÄr vad man betalar för med det Àr inte applicerbart hÀr. Hotellet har tvÄ fördelar. Det ligger nÀra arenorna om det Àr dit man ska. Parkeringen Àr gratis. Personalen Àr trevlig men de var för fÄ och hade behövt arbetsledning vid frukosten. Sedan Àr vi tacksamma för att vi fick checka in en timme tidigt. Rummen Àr vÀldigt smÄ. SÀngen Àr vÀldigt smal: 120 eller möjligen 140 cm för tvÄ personer. Min man och jag kÀnner varandra men jag hade aldrig velat dela med nÄgon annan. VÀldigt liten toalett med trÄng dusch. Rummet har ocksÄ en tredje nedfÀllbar sÀng. VÄra ungdomar bodde tre pÄ rummen och det fanns ingen plats för vÀskor och likande. Hotellet Àr slitet och korridorerna smutsiga. Frukosten Àr sparsam men har egentligen vad som behöv. Frukost-matsalen Àr för liten och maten tog slut sÄ vÀntetid uppstod. Tjejerna gjorde sÄ gott de kunde med vad de hade att jobba med men hade nog behövt ta sig an det fullbelagda hotellet lite annorlunda. Denna helg var inte billig i VÀsterÄs och detta blev inte prisvÀrt för oss. Det löste enbart ett problem. Jag kommer inte att boka igen, frÀmst pga storleken pÄ sÀng och rum.
