Emplacement exceptionnel, bien agencé, bien équipé

Appartement de très bonne taille, bien équipé, vaisselle tb, lave linge, four, plus que le nécessaire. Vue sur la mer du balcon et bien dégagée, (coucher de soleil !) route passante en bas pas vraiment gênante hors saison, stationnement réservé dans le parking de la résidence. Le canapé par contre est très inconfortable comme le fauteuil. L'inconvénient principal c'est qu'il faut aller chercher les clés et les rendre à l'agence de Royan, à quelques kilomètres, sans voiture très compliqué, le personnel y est très efficace.Et pas de commerces dans le voisinage immédiat. Nous n'avons pas été gênés par les voisins,

Proximité plage

Location très bien située. Les aller retour plages se font très facilement vue la proximité, ce qui est super avec de jeunes enfants.
