Welcome to my charming house completely renovated with ecological materials in Vaux-sur-Mer, located just 450 meters from Conseil beach and Chemin des Douaniers, offering an idyllic getaway on the Atlantic coast. Just 1 km away is Pontaillac beach in Royan, while Nauzan beach with the famous “Maison Blanche” in St Palais-sur-Mer is only 800 meters away.

My house is a haven of peace, where you can relax and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. An ideal place for holidays with family or friends, offering all the comfort of a main residence necessary in addition to its garden with the brazier for an idyllic stay.

The house consists of two large bedrooms of 14 and 15 m2. The green room with a 140 cm bed and the beige room with a 160 cm bed, plus a real Rapido type sofa bed and very comfortable 160 cm bultex mattress, all with memory foam mattresses and pillows.
The accommodation also has a travel cot with an additional mattress for baby's comfort and a high chair.

In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower, as well as a bathtub and a washing machine. The toilets are separate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, wine cellar, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker.

I provide you with adult bicycles (some can accommodate a child seat which I do not provide) to explore the beautiful surrounding region.

There are also beach games, board games, books, 4K connected television, and a wave board at your disposal.

I have a passion for travel. In fact, I love traveling so much that I created my own guest houses and gßtes in Vaux-sur-Mer (unlimited sea and warm sand) and in the heart of the Brocéliande forest (complete immersion in the legends Celtic and Arthurian), to welcome travelers from all over the world.
So here it’s at home, it’s like home but better, it’s your vacation

Maison agréable avec un extérieur décevant

L’intĂ©rieur de la maison est identique au photos du site et trĂšs agrĂ©able mais les extĂ©rieurs ne sont pas conformes aux photos car sur le devant de la maison oĂč il y a la terrasse on donne directement sur une maison dont la piscine est en cours de construction avec des ouvriers par ailleurs laMaison est bien placĂ©e par rapport aux plages L’annonce laisse penser que les serviettes et draps st fournis alors que ce n’est pas le cas Il n’y a pas mentionnĂ© aussi ds l’annonce qu’il y a un appartement mitoyen occupĂ© qui rend indisponible une partie du jardin

Jolie maison pratique

Tres jolie maison, tres pratique avec une cuisine super Ă©quipĂ©e. L'emplacement est top proche de la plage, de royan et de saint palais. Les draps ne sont pas compris mais pour 40€. A l'inverse il y a de nombreux velos a disposition et c'est ultra pratique

Wir haben mit der Familie eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Haus gehabt. Das Haus wurde hochwertig und modern renoviert. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Tolle FahrrĂ€der sind auch vorhanden. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und man kann gut zu Fuß gehen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tout avait bien commencĂ© mais l'expĂ©rience de sĂ©jour dans la maison de Morgane a vite Ă©tĂ© dĂ©cevante. Bien que les photos de l'intĂ©rieur soient fidĂšles Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ© et que la maison soit propre et bien amĂ©nagĂ©e, plusieurs Ă©lĂ©ments cruciaux n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© mentionnĂ©s dans l'annonce. La maison manque cruellement d'intimitĂ©, avec une construction en cours Ă  10 mĂštres en face sans clĂŽture qui sĂ©pare les deux maisons, entraĂźnant des nuisances sonores toute la journĂ©e du vendredi. De plus, Morgane avait transformĂ© l'ancien garage en appartement, louĂ© Ă  une autre personne vivant Ă  seulement 50 cm de la maison principale, rendant l'utilisation du jardin inconfortable et limitĂ©e Ă  10 mÂČ, avec une allĂ©e boueuse Ă  cause des travaux. Morgane a insistĂ© sur le respect de l'intimitĂ© de cette personne, ce qui a restreint les activitĂ©s familiales dans le jardin. Ces informations cruciales n'ont Ă©tĂ© communiquĂ©es qu'Ă  la veille du dĂ©part, nous laissant sans possibilitĂ© de changement. MalgrĂ© nos remarques, Morgane n'a pas prĂ©sentĂ© d'excuses, a Ă©tĂ© de mauvaise foi et n'a pas proposĂ© de dĂ©dommagement adĂ©quat, se contentant de rembourser 40 € aprĂšs insistance auprĂšs d'Abritel. Les Ă©changes que nous avons eus Ă  ce sujet nous ont fait penser que nous Ă©tions des intrus et que nous nous devions de respecter les autres. En conclusion, ce logement est Ă  Ă©viter pour ceux recherchant de l'intimitĂ© et un sĂ©jour paisible, car la rĂ©alitĂ© est loin de l'image de havre de paix prĂ©sentĂ©e dans l'annonce.
