The house is located next to " Le chemin de la source", which is a pedestrian and bicycle path on the way to the coast. Only 25 minutes walking distance to Pontaillac ( and his notorious Casino) or Nauzan , two famous beaches of our beautiful Charente Maritime.
It is , as well, walking or cycling distance to any nice food shop ( fresh food , baker , supermarket , pizza...etc ) . Vaux sur Mer is located 5 minutes driving from the famous Royan central Market, the train station or the Port and his new pedestrian area with many restaurants. Further away, 15 minutes driving , the " Grande Cote " where waves are waiting for you by the very long and pleasant beach.
If you want to visit the area , many options are possible ; the town of La Rochelle , with the port and the aquarium , Ré or Oléron Island, worth be visited. Villages , as Talmont or Meschers , will impress you by their beauty and originality.

The second you arrive , you can park your car or on a reserved place, or in a safe garage, with an electric door , where you can also store your bicycles.

This villa has been decorated to be relaxing , and in order to make you feel that you are in a holiday house , but like home. The rooms are spacious and bright. Parents can have privacy on the ground floor with a spacious bedroom , and a bathroom, while kids will sleep upstairs. with their own bedroom and bathroom.
The main room overlooks the garden, south-est facing , where you ' ll have your meals . In the fenced garden, in a shaded place there is a table with 6 chairs and 2 long chairs.
The kitchen is very well equipped kitchen , with all the appliances and dishes you need to prepare a nice meal.
The sitting room is very comfortable , just next to the dining table.
It 'll take a very short time for you to pack... just bring your clothes , everything else you' ll need is in the house.
Beds are made , towels are in the bathroom , cleaning products you could need , and a pantry will help you to start your holidays immediately !
