55 m2. More information by the provider: The small apartment house is located in a preferred, quiet and yet central location in Valbella Canols with a magnificent unobstructed view to the south. Enjoy the view from the balcony on the Heidsee and the mountain panorama from the Rothorn to the Stätzerhorn. In winter you can easily reach the nearby ski lift Valbella or the bus stop "Valbella Skilift/Kirche" of the free sport bus for skiing and snowboarding. The cross-country ski run is directly in front of the house. The apartment has a parking space in the garage.
The flat is suitable for active sports enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet who are considerate of the other residents of the house. The living room and bedroom face south and the balcony enjoys sunshine all day. The open floor plan of the living/dining room with kitchen corner invites you to linger; with an exciting book or to watch TV. In the well-equipped kitchen you will find a large fridge/freezer, a glass ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher, fondue set and raclette grill, egg boiler etc. and also the Nespresso coffee machine. No pets are allowed. Non smoking apartment suitable for adults or families without small children.
