Lenzerheide also has a lot to offer for cross-country skiing enthusiasts: The cross-country skiing network in the Lenzerheide holiday region stretches from Lantsch/Lenz to Parpan and was recognized by the Swiss Loipen umbrella organization as one of the best areas in Switzerland.



In summer, the Heidsee invites you to linger with the water sports center and its unique sandy beach with children's adventure area, but also to an active summer holiday.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Grisons mountains. This apartment offers space for couples (max. 6 adults) as well as for families (max. 4 adults with 2 children/teenagers) and is suitable for longer stays.

Two existing televisions offer you the opportunity to enjoy your favorite content, but only via an HDMI cable in connection with your own laptop or an iPhone. Unfortunately, a Samsung connection or cable is not available. Please also note that neither internet nor analog TV are available.

The apartment is modernly furnished. In the very well-equipped kitchen - of course with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine - you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings. The apartment has two separate bathrooms with shower and WC. An outdoor parking space is available for you.
