Regarding the cancellation policy, bookings cancelled up to 60 days before arrival may be cancelled free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained in all cases of cancellation. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the rental agreement under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent.
