Ein, zwei konkrete Beispiel wären für uns sehr hilfreich und es wäre sehr anständig von Ihnen, wenn Sie zu einer solch schlechten Bewertung zumindest erwähnen, was konkret Ihnen denn bei uns nicht gepasst hat.Am allerbesten wäre es aber gewesen, Sie wären beim Check-out oder direkt während eines Vorfalls persönlich auf uns zu gekommen und hätten die Punkte angesprochen.
