The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, and even a washing machine—perfect for longer stays when you want to keep your clothes fresh.

The master bedroom features a comfy double bed (160x200cm) with nightstands, while the second bedroom has two single beds (80x200cm), a wardrobe, and a desk/dressing table. Both the living room and one of the bedrooms open directly onto a sunny garden, where a large table with six seats and a big parasol await, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun.

The bathroom includes a spacious shower, a sink with a storage cabinet, and a separate toilet for convenience.
