We’ve stayed here twice now. The 1-bedrooms are very nicely updated and spacious, perfect for our family of four with small children. The 1-bedroom and studios share an entry, so if it’s a larger group of 6 , it would work great. The property is beautiful with pools, activity rooms, and workout space. There’s one restaurant onsite that serves good seafood and drinks - grocery and other shopping/food options are available within a 10-minute drive. Overall a great resort at very reasonable rates for the area and amenities.

Overall, a wonderful stay! Great attention has clearly been paid to keep the outdoor areas up to date and pristine. The pool and beach are clean, beautiful and comfortable all around. The rooms and indoor areas are perfectly adequate, but just don't seem to receive the care and attention that the outdoor ones receive. The restaurant is very convenient and offers OK food on the whole. The service and every interaction we had with staff was top notch with great attention to detail.

We had a great vacation here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and each room has an ocean view. There are only about 200 rooms so it's quiet and peaceful and we never had trouble getting a pool or beach chair and umbrella. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The ceiling fan in our room wasn't working properly and when I mentioned it to the front desk the maintenance guys went straight to the room and had it fixed immediately. The Mahi Mahi grill is the only restaurant at the property and the only one you will need. They have lots of daily fresh seafood specials all very well done and with large portions. The food was so good we didn't bother to go out for meals because we didn't think we could find anywhere better! The beach is beautiful and essentially private to the hotel. You will need to rent a car as there is nothing walkable from the hotel but there are restaurants and grocery stores just a few miles away. The rooms have a full kitchen including an oven and dishwasher so you can do some of your own meals if you want. We would highly recommend this property.

The pictures dont do the views justice! My family and I had a great time here. The beach is breathtaking. The food stand at the hotel was great too. We didnt want to leave! We are already planning our trip back.

The beach and pool are lovely and the room was clean and had a nice view. Although their was a large construction site behind the property with large piles of rubble that we could see from our suite and the entrance. A bit off-putting but not too much of a distraction from the beauty.

I would have given this a higher ranking if the beach that the property was on (hyatts) responsibility what maintained too. I have a few dirty pictures of the property where trash was covering the beach area. Sad Hyatt doesn’t do more to contribute to this. Outside of that the people and area was amazing!

We were disappointed with the level of service provided not very attentive. The culinary experience was not up to par. The coquito drink at mahi mahi bar was so good. However, they only have it on time. Ashamed. The comfy bed was very good.
