A beach community known as Cerro Gordo. This home is in a neighborhood that is family oriented and filled with friendly neighbors. Less than 5 min walk to Cerro Gordo beach/restaurants and short drive to Dorado Beach. We are about a 35-minute drive from San Juan Airport. The home has 4 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds that comfortably sleeps eight . It also has 3 bathrooms. Wifi available.

Our family of 5, including 3 teenagers, visited over spring break. The house was great for the space it provided (each kid had their own room), the proximity to the beach, the living areas, and the pool. This location also worked out great in that we had different activities at both the east and west ends of the island and this was centrally located. The host was very communicative and easy to work with, the house was extremely clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is PERFECT: comfortable, clean, great location, and fun to stay at. It was easy to do so much within the house: plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting areas (including rooftop), nice large pool, and great food and entertainment options nearby. Not to mention how close it is to Cerro Gordo Beach. The owner George is an EXCELLENT HOST. We had a couple of questions during our stay and George was always responsive and helpful. Toward the end of our stay, there were some unexpected travel delays that were out of our control and George could not have been more understanding, flexible, and supportive in providing us with a solution that worked well for our needs. And George checked in with us to ensure all was working out.

The house was very nice. The showers in the hallway and the master bedroom never got very hot. The walk to the beach was longer than expected. George was very good at communicating and answering questions.

Beautiful Property

What a great vacation home! We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed every moment. This home has great spaces to relax, cook, and swim. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with two master suites! There are so many little added things that the property has including beach towels and chairs a wagon to carry all your supplies to the beach.We would highly recommend staying here.

Great location and amenities

For our first trip to Puerto Rico, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Literally a 2-3 min walk to the beach with convenient chairs, beach towels and cart provided! The beach nearby appears to be one that locals use on the weekends as the weekdays we often had it to ourselves. Nice trails a few convenient sports bars/restaurants nearby. Whatever you do, go visit Father & Son rolled ice cream for a real treat. You'll have to drive there but worth it. The property manager was great and all communication was prompt, polite and informative.
