The house is situated in a privileged location, right on the beach just walk 50 meters from the sea. The interior is decorated with taste and liking for a feeling of relaxation and comfort. The living room has a comfortable sofa and furniture in wrought iron, the bedrooms one double with double bed and the other with two single beds and each has cabinets and ventilation. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator and everything needed. From the terrace you can see the sea and there is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the sound of the sea enjoying an unforgettable sunset. The lawn area with barbecue tables and chairs and outdoor shower.
The house is located just 5 km from the beautiful city of 'Conil de la Frontera' and 'Trafalgar lighthouse', 15 km from the monumental populations 'Medina Sidonia' and 'Vejer de la Frontera' near the cities of Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera, Arcos. And Seville which is connected by highway, 150 miles away.
The house is located in a quiet a few meters from restaurants, bars and supermarkets instead. The ideal place to leave your car in those days instead.
